Job Overview:

As the Director of Marketing, you will lead our end-to-end marketing efforts. You will manage all aspects of brand design, marketing strategy, and paid advertising,. You will collaborate closely with our CEO, VP of Operations, Designers, and Social Media/marketing Manager in order to craft compelling marketing materials and effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the direct to consumer marketing and brand strategy efforts.
  • Ideate and lead Product Release marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with designers to develop and deliver new marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the Social Media and Community Manager to execute Social Media content strategies.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of product and brand media for use across social media, online store, paid advertising, and other platforms.
  • Innovate and improve the unboxing experience, including inserts and product packaging.
  • Draft and deliver consistent and impactful customer communications.
  • Lead Market Research efforts on existing and potential customers
  • Draft and send emails in alignment with marketing efforts
  • Analyze and track marketing performance metrics

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in marketing or similar discipline.
  • 4+ Years experience in developing and managing marketing content and strategies from conception to deployment.
  • 3+ Years in online direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand strategy or marketing.
  • Experience with email marketing.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns.
  • Experience working with third-party designers and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with G-Suite, Asana, and Slack is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Shopify is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge and experience with customer success practices is preferred but not required.
