Interesting feel

Moving forward from series 1, I believe these are a good approach. I do notice between the two series and do appreciate the quiet softness of the series 2. I do like the different sensory feel that series 1 hardness brings.

Never Received Product

I placed an order for stimagz on Black Friday 2024. I informed the customer service that I never received the package on 12/18. They said they were escalating the ticket. It’s is now 1/02 and even after following up, I still have not heard from them. I’m upset as I was really looking forward to the item and it says the package was returned to the sender (stimagz). I understand shipping problems happen, but as I said it is now 1/02 and I never heard back after my ticket was “escalated to the team”. I was charged and it is more than a month and I never received by stimagz. Would not recommend this company or product. Terrible customer service.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Within 10 seconds of placing my order I realized I’d used the wrong address and emailed you the correct one. In spite of that you sent it to me. It cost me $17 to mail to the correct person.
