RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Effective Date: May 30, 2025

INTRODUCTION

This return and refund policy indicates the terms of eligibility for a return and/or refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales processed through all channels including our website, social media platforms, and third-party marketplaces.

By purchasing from Stimara, Inc., you agree to be bound by this Returns & Refunds Policy and our Terms of Service. If you have any questions not covered by this policy, please contact our customer support team at support@stimara.com.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: Our products contain powerful magnets. Please review our safety warnings and ensure proper handling to avoid damage to electronic devices, credit cards, medical devices, or injury.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to the terms outlined below. Returns shipped to us without prior approval will not be accepted and will be discarded. You can access your orders to begin a Return Claim by visiting your Customer Portal.

Return Timeframe

You may return unused and undamaged items up to 99 days after delivery confirmation. After this timeframe, your order is not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

  1. Initiate return through your Customer Portal within 99 days of delivery
  2. Provide detailed reason for return to help us improve our service
  3. Upon approval, you have 7 days to ship the item back using our provided label
  4. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of return approval

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged by customer misuse or normal wear
  • Products used outside of intended purpose
  • Products damaged by magnetic interference with electronics
  • Products returned after 99-day window
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged during unauthorized return shipping

RETURN SHIPPING

Approved Returns: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email. You may reuse the original packaging.

Unauthorized Returns: Items shipped without approval will not be accepted, processed, or returned to the customer.

Customer-Initiated Returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we shipped the incorrect item.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic: Contact us if the order is not received within 10 business days after "Delivered" status
  • International: Contact us if the order is not received within 21 business days after "Delivered" status
  • Maximum Wait: Contact us if 45 days have passed since order placement

Resolution Process

Email support@stimara.com with your name and order number. Stimara will either:

  1. Reship the item or agreed replacement, OR
  2. Refund the order cost to original payment method

Exceptions: We are not responsible for orders undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailability for delivery
  • Theft after confirmed delivery
  • Customs delays or fees for international orders
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

REFUNDS

Refund Processing

  • Timeframe: 5-10 business days after we receive returned item
  • Method: Original payment method only
  • Amount: Order total minus original shipping costs
  • Bank Processing: Allow up to 10 additional business days for bank processing

Refund Exclusions

Customers are not eligible for refunds if:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Item returned outside 99-day window
  • Item damaged by customer use or misuse
  • Return not pre-approved through our system
  • Partial returns from multi-item orders

Partial Orders

Orders containing multiple products are eligible for partial refunds only if the entire order is returned. Individual items from multi-item orders cannot be returned separately.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive damaged or defective items, you are eligible for replacement or a full refund.

Defective Item Process

  1. Report issue within 7 days of delivery through Help Center or email
  2. Provide clear photos/video documentation of the defect.
  3. Await our evaluation and approval
  4. We cover return shipping for confirmed defective items

Not Considered Defective

  • Normal magnetic behavior and properties
  • Minor cosmetic variations that don't affect function
  • Damage from magnetic interference with other items
  • Damage from dropping or mishandling
  • Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures

DISCOUNT CODES

  • Cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders
  • One discount code per order maximum
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions
  • Must be used during checkout process
  • Contact support for code-specific eligibility questions

LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY

Effective Date: May 30, 2025

Stimara, Inc. provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty exclusively for products purchased directly from Stimara.com.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Structural failures under normal intended use
  • Magnetic performance degradation beyond normal parameters

Coverage Period: Lifetime of original purchaser (non-transferable)

Remedy: One-time replacement with product of equal or greater value, at Stimara's discretion

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

NOT COVERED:

  • Intentional Damage: Deliberate misuse, abuse, or modification
  • Magnetic Interference Damage: Damage to electronics, credit cards, medical devices, etc.
  • Normal Wear: Expected wear from regular use over time
  • Cosmetic Issues: Scratches and discoloration that don't affect function
  • Environmental Damage: Extreme temperatures, chemicals, water damage
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Damage from customer modifications or repairs
  • Commercial Use: Products used for commercial or industrial purposes
  • Acts of Nature: Damage from natural disasters, accidents, theft

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Original Stimara.com purchase receipt required
  2. Clear photo/video evidence of the defect is required
  3. The product must be returned for inspection if requested
  4. Original purchaser only (warranty non-transferable)

Claim Process:

  1. Contact support@stimara.com with order number and evidence
  2. Allow 5-10 business days for evaluation
  3. If approved, receive replacement product
  4. We cover shipping costs for warranty replacements

Claim Denial: We reserve the right to deny claims for:

  • Insufficient evidence of covered defect
  • Evidence of misuse or abuse
  • Use outside intended purpose
  • Fraudulent claims

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Stimara's total liability is limited to the replacement value of the original product.

EXCLUDED DAMAGES: We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damage to other property from product use
  • Personal injury from product misuse
  • Business interruption or lost profits
  • Punitive or exemplary damages

WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY: This lifetime limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for Stimara products.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES DISCLAIMED: All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES: No employee, dealer, or agent has authority to modify this warranty.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

BINDING ARBITRATION: All warranty disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules in Spokane County, Washington.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits related to warranty claims.

GOVERNING LAW: This warranty is governed by Delaware law.

POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Stimara reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. Changes apply only to products purchased after the modification effective date. This warranty policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, government actions
  • Shipping carrier delays or failures
  • Supplier disruptions or shortages
  • Internet or technology failures
  • Labor disputes or strikes

POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Stimara reserves the right to modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
