ADHD and Stimara: Why We Do What We Do

At Stimara, ADHD isn’t just something we design for, it’s something many of us live with every day. Our team is primarily neurodivergent! And so we know firsthand how ADHD can shape the way we think, work, feel, and move through the world. And we’re here to build a world that embraces that.

ADHD isn’t just about distraction or forgetfulness (although yeah, we’ve all left our house with our slippers on). It’s about navigating a world that wasn’t built for your brain. It’s about needing stimulation to focus, movement to think, and systems that support (not shame) how your mind works.

That’s where Stimara comes in.

We Design for the ADHD Brain

Our flagship product, Stimagz, were created from the question: What if a fidget tool could be both functional, aesthetic and actually made for adults?

We knew that many people with ADHD (ourselves included) need physical stimulation to regulate focus. But most fidgets on the market felt noisy, childish, or just didn’t feel right. So we made something better: soft, magnetic, patterned pieces you can twist, click, and shape in endless ways. Quiet enough for work or school. Stylish enough for your desk. Stimulating enough to help your brain do its thing.

What tool suits you?

Support is not 'one size fits all' and we know that! That’s why we have created categories to help you find what you need, whether you are at your desk, on-the-go, or just trying to regulate in a way that works for you!

ADHD Isn't a Trend. It's an Identity

In recent years, ADHD has gotten more visibility, especially on social media. But to us, it’s not a trend. It’s an identity. A way of experiencing the world that comes with both challenges and incredible strengths. Like creativity, passion, innovation, and resilience.

That’s why our mission isn’t just to sell products. It’s to support the ADHD community, uplift our voices, and be part of the broader movement for neurodivergent inclusion.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or have known for years, you’re welcome here. We see you. We are you.

And we’re building Stimara with you.
