Shipping policy
Introductionย
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.ย
Incorrect Address At Time Of Order
If you notice that the shipping address is incorrect on your order once youโve placed it, please write to support@stimara.com with your order number, name, and updated address so that we can try to correct the information before the order is processed and fulfilled.
If an order is placed with an incorrect shipping address and it is already processed and shipped, we can resend the order, but the reshipment cost will be charged to the customer due to providing Stimara with the incorrect address at checkout.ย
Also, you can check your addresses on file by visiting your Customer Profile and adding or editing addresses there for future orders.
Shipping Rates and Estimatesย
Domesticย
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $80 to destinations within the United States only. Domestic shipments are expected to arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Shipments are subject to postal service delays, including but not limited to traffic, staffing fluctuations, weather events, natural disasters, changes in carrier routes, etc.
Internationalย
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipments are expected to arrive within 6 to 21 business days.
International shipments that are processed using Passport (if a selectable option) willย have taxes and duty fees collected at checkout to prevent package delays at customs once it arrives in the destination country. If your order incurs import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country, please notify us at support@stimara.com.
If you select a different international shipping option, for instance economy or express international, this will not be shipped via Passport and may incur additional duties/fees due through customs and may take longer to arrive, as they will require the duties owed to be paid first.
Ultimately, Stimara may not be held responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.ย
If your order destination is closer in proximity to our UK fulfillment, and we have the items in stock at that location, we will ship from there to assist in decreasing travel time for your package arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?ย
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.ย
You can also log into your Customer Portal with the email associated with your order and you'll be able to see all of your orders and tracking information associated with those orders.ย
If you still need further assistance, you can always write into support@stimara.com and provide your Order # and Full Name so we can help track it down for you!
Refunds & Returnsย
If you did not receive your order due to an issue in fulfillment or shipping, or you would like to return your order for any reason, please refer to ourย refund/return policy for next steps.
