The fidget I did not know we needed.

We have a very neuro-spicy family. There are different fidgets everywhere around our house. We purchased these and all five of us love them! Therefore, we needed more than one set. The gemstone collection has beautiful colors and the texture is a little different than our original ones, but it’s not a bad texture change, in fact, some of us think we like it better!

Very Disappointed

I ordered on Sept. 2nd, hoping to have these products by the 24th as a present. When I had not received them by the 16th, I checked and the shipper said they had not even received my order - even though I had received notice that it had shipped the same day I ordered it. I reached out to customer service and they said they would look into it, but I still haven't heard anything more from them. They have however managed to send me a couple of requests for a review, so I decided to oblige. Extremely disappointed in this company.

First of all I'm truly sorry this has been your experience with us. Looking at your order, it seems clear to me that it was lost in the mail. Just flagged it with our CS agent and she will be getting back to you with a solution by EOD whether that's a reshipment or refund as you mentioned it was for a gift.

For a bit of context, the review request emails are sent out automatically a certain number of days after the order is fulfilled, which is why you received them before receiving your package. I wish there was a better more foolproof way to send them, but unfortunately we have to work with the tools we have access to.
